Use this upgradeyour HW3 installation. You can determine
your version number by calling your hw3 script with
hw3.php?version=1

INSTALLATION
1 - Make a backup of your current HW3php installation.

2 - copy the hamlib directory structure over your current hamlib directory
	structure. This will overwrite the changed files.

3 - copy the configs directory structure over your current configs directory
	structure. This will overwrite the changed files.

4 - 3 new icons were added. if you are using the standard icons then you can
	copy the images/fcicons directory structure over your current configs directory
	structure. This will overwrite the changed files.

5 - replace your hw3.php with the new one from the release.

6 - Several templates were updates. If you are using the stock versions you can
	replace your current ones with the new ones. If you are using custom versions you may
	need to adjust your current templates if the canadian radars are not working properly.
